Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pepleadz ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Access to the Platform is application-only; submitting an application constitutes acknowledgment of these terms.

2. Account & Access

Accounts are created upon approval of your application by Pepleadz administrators. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Pepleadz reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including for violation of these terms.

3. Permitted Use of Data

Data purchased through Pepleadz may be used for lawful direct marketing purposes, including but not limited to: email marketing, direct mail, telephone outreach, and digital advertising audience creation. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA, and any other relevant federal, state, or international privacy laws.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share purchased lead data with any third party
• Use data for any unlawful purpose, including harassment, fraud, or deceptive marketing
• Attempt to re-identify anonymized or aggregated data beyond what is provided in your purchase
• Circumvent sale limits, download restrictions, or other platform controls
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform beyond your purchased orders

5. Exclusivity Purchases

When you purchase leads with the "exclusive" option, those leads are permanently removed from the Pepleadz inventory and will not be sold to any other buyer. Exclusivity is non-transferable. Standard (non-exclusive) leads may be sold to up to three (3) total buyers.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Pricing follows a filter-additive model: a base per-lead cost plus surcharges for each selected filter. Volume discounts are applied automatically at posted thresholds. Prices are subject to change; pricing at the time of order creation is locked for that order. All payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of data products, all sales are final and non-refundable once leads have been delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact support within 72 hours of purchase. Pepleadz may, at its sole discretion, issue credits for verifiable data quality issues affecting more than 10% of a delivered order.

8. Data Quality

Pepleadz endeavors to provide accurate, consent-verified consumer data. However, we do not guarantee that all data points are current or error-free. Consumer contact information may change over time. Pepleadz is not liable for downstream campaign performance or delivery rates.

9. Download Links

Download links for purchased lead data expire 72 hours after generation. It is your responsibility to download your data within this window. Pepleadz may provide re-download capability at its discretion but is not obligated to do so.

10. Limitation of Liability

Pepleadz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Pepleadz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchased data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

11. Modifications

Pepleadz may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered buyers.
